We commissioned Prestige Obras for the remodeling of the apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room in the center of Póvoa de Varzim.
Prestige Obras removed the existing partition-walls, designed the new kitchen and altered the low-hanging ceilings in the dining/living room area. The cold and hot water supplies and pipes as well as the sewer had to be adapted; the electrical system and the TV-plugs are new or had to be adjusted. The proposal for the bathroom consisted of a comfortable bathtub, a washstand and a new toilet mounted on the wall.
The kitchen and the large living-room provide room for quality living; the painting on the walls and the white ceilings catch the daylight which enters through the new double-glassed windows. The same bright-colored tiles are used on the floor all over the apartment, which gives the place a cozy feeling and easy care.
The expert advice and the support of Prestige Obras was very valuable during the planning of the work to be executed. Prestige Obras efficient way to find technical solutions and his knowledge in supervising the construction site made things easy for us. It was a pleasure to cooperate with them and we are pleased with the good results they have achieved in the remodeling process of the apartment.
